Brainspotting
Brainspotting therapy is a cutting-edge approach that taps into the brain’s natural ability to heal from trauma and emotional distress. Developed to access and process deep sources of emotional, somatic, and performance challenges, Brainspotting uses focused eye positions (known as “brainspots”) to unlock unprocessed experiences. By identifying these brainspots, clients can safely and effectively release trauma, reduce anxiety, and gain better emotional balance.
Helena has completed both Phase 1 and Phase 2 Brainspotting training, which means she is equipped with foundational and advanced Brainspotting techniques. Each Brainspotting session with Helena lasts 90 minutes. This extended format allows ample time for deeper exploration, attuned support, and comprehensive emotional processing, creating space for gentleness and thoroughness in your healing journey.
